📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


🚚 Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).


⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time & Logistics

  • All U.S. orders are shipped via SDH Carrier.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 9–14 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping time is calculated after your order is processed and handed over to the carrier.

Please note: Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to customs delays.


📬 Shipping Method & Tracking

  • We use SDH Carrier, a reliable international logistics partner.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email after your package is shipped.

  • Use your tracking link to monitor your package at any time. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.


💰 Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $30.

  • Orders under $30 are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.99.

  • All applicable shipping fees (if any) are clearly shown at checkout before payment.


🌐 COVID-19 & Force Majeure Delays

Due to ongoing global disruptions and logistical challenges (e.g., COVID-19), occasional delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and will notify you if any significant disruption affects your order.


❗ Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is:

  • Delayed beyond 14 business days

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Damaged upon arrival

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ThyroBloom.us and include:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will promptly investigate and offer a resolution such as a replacement or refund.
