At Crave Candy, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why every order is backed by our 90-Day Free Trial. If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a full refund—no hard feelings.


✅ Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Your request must be made within 90 days of your delivery date.

  • Products must be in original condition unless you’re requesting a refund due to damage or defect.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email).


🔁 Return & Exchange Process

1. Submit a Request

Email us at support@ThyroBloom.us with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return (optional, but appreciated)

2. Receive Return Instructions

  • We’ll reply with the return shipping address.

  • You may use any shipping carrier of your choice.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., change of mind, ordered by mistake), the consumer is responsible for the shipping cost. The specific fee depends on the courier service you choose.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

3. Ship the Product

  • Pack your item securely.

  • Include your name and order number inside the package for tracking.

4. Refund/Exchange Processing

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll send a confirmation email.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If eligible, exchanges will be shipped promptly at no additional cost.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong product or something damaged?
No worries—just email us at support@ThyroBloom.us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement ASAP. Photos may be requested for verification.


❌ Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order anytime before it’s processed for a full refund.

  • After Shipping: You’ll need to wait until delivery and then initiate a standard return.
